Here at University College Brimingham, our practical, vocational courses will prepare you for the world of work – or you might decide to stay on to study for a degree. We offer VRQs, diplomas, BTECs and national diplomas in a supportive, friendly environment hailed as “outstanding” by Ofsted. Our courses are great for school-leavers and mature learners who are looking to change career or pick up new skills.

As a Guild we offer help and advice for all Further Education students as well as Higher Education one's. We also help co-ordinate the FE Sports teams which as of next year will be having more of a focus and we are looking at ways to encourage more students to take part in the University teams.

We are here to:

  • Represent
  • Support
  • Help you get the best college experience

Whatever your issue may be, as a Guild we will do our best to help you out. We want to hear from you to find out how we can help improve your experience while you study at University College Birmingham.

Come and find us in the Guild Office in Summer Row, alternatively our FE Officer - Amee Plimmer, is over in the FE Office in Richmond House a couple of times a week.
