CLUB OF THE YEAR 2015 & 2017!

Jiu Jitsu is a self defence martial art which uses an attacker's momentum against them. It's a fun way to improve fitness, increase confidence, meet new people and learn useful, practical self defence skills.

Classes are taught in a relaxed and friendly environment suitable for all levels, so whether you are a complete beginner or a master Ninja, you will take something from every session. Students can attempt to grade up to their next belt every 3 months, and twice a year we compete at the Nationals for medals and BUCS points. 

Come along to the next session and give Jiu Jitsu a try (your first two are free)
