Thai Boxing is here to promote health and well-being, inviting students from all fitness levels to come and try something new, that challenges you mentally and physically. Thai oxing times are Sunday 7pm-9pm at the Maltings Sports Halll and more sessions will be added further information about session will be on the Facebook page Forever Fitness.

Main focus sessions will on self defence, striking, technique and improving fitness and knowledge of fitness.
